RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Rental Fees:     Monday - Thursday   &   Friday - Sunday

                                    $125.00                           $200.00

 

A cleaning/damage deposit of $100 is required for facility rental and must be remitted with the rental fee.  The deposit will be refunded only upon acceptance of the condition of the rented room and furnishings.

 

A key deposit of $50.00 is required if the facility is rented after business hours.  The key should be picked up the day of the event, during normal business hours and returned the next business day.  The deposit will be returned upon receipt of the key.

 

All rental fees, including the refundable cleaning/damage deposit and key deposit, if applicable, are due when the reservation is made to confirm and hold the room reservation.  Rental fees will not be billed and are due as previously noted. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

  •  Room set-up and breakdown are the responsibility of the renter.

  •  The entire Conference Center is a smoke-free facility.

  •  Use of the kitchen does not include any paper/plastic products such as cups, plates, utensils, napkins and towels.

  •  The Conference Center cannot provide any office supplies such as paper, transparencies, writing instruments, etc., and the Conference Center cannot provide use of office equipment such as a copier, fax machine or computer.

  •  All trash must be placed in trash receptacles provided.

  • The Conference Center is leased at this time.
